- proven experience in managing IT people
- very good knowledge of all processes and roles in the entire software life cycle
- significant experience in international projects acquired during the employment with SAP, acting as Localization manager and CRM manager
- excellent practice for PM tools and related software packages
- team-oriented and collaborative spirit
- excellent communicative, organizational and analytical skills
He is able to
- manage even smarter team members than he is leaving them white space for own creativity
- elicit cooperation from the senior management and the other stakeholders
- rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the surroundings and priorities
- clearly communicate the expectation to the team members and stakeholders
- solve issues pretentively rather than retroactively relaying on his experience
- act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members
