The Prod­uct Char­ac­ter­is­tics — which roles can he play?

The Prod­uct has spent more than 20 years in the IT indus­try play­ing var­i­ous roles in all stages of the soft­ware solu­tion life­cy­cle. In the Resume, just the major roles have been given.

After such a rich career the Prod­uct can play suc­cess­fully sev­eral roles (hope­fully not simul­ta­ne­ously). In this menu branch you will find these roles, as the head­ings of the menu items.

All of them have not been men­tioned for sure. Maybe you have your own idea of adding a new one.

Play­ing more than one role at the time

Thanks to the fact that the Prod­uct has worked with sev­eral com­pa­nies in a small coun­try the Prod­uct has always been in a posi­tion to play more than one role at the same time like many of his col­leagues. E.g.:

  • the Prod­uct played Chan­nel man­ager role for almost a year as an appointed Busi­ness oper­a­tions and sales sup­port with SAP
  • the Prod­uct played Solu­tion Archi­tect role as an appointed Head of devel­op­ment with Pupin Telecom
  • being a Lead solu­tion archi­tect with Digit meant being simul­ta­ne­ously Busi­ness ana­lyst and Pre­sales sup­port as well

Another com­mon thread of the Product’s career has been inno­v­a­tive and cre­ative lead­er­ship in all com­pa­nies he has worked with. Once again, sev­eral examples:

  • when the Prod­uct joined Digit, the ERP mod­ule Pro­duc­tion plan­ning and con­trol was just Digit’s oppor­tu­nity in the mar­ket. Sev­eral years later, Digit had sev­eral instal­la­tions of its ERP appli­ca­tion in some of the biggest pro­duc­tion indus­tries in the country.
  • when the Prod­uct joined DUEL, there were nei­ther the insur­ance team nor devel­op­ment method­ol­ogy of enter­prise appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment. Sev­eral years later, DUEL had one of the most advanced enter­prise appli­ca­tion for sup­port­ing insur­ance com­pa­nies IS.
  • the Prod­uct was amongst the first three employee with the SAP. Sev­eral years later, SAP West Balkans was inte­grated in SAP A.G. suc­cess­fully cov­er­ing five coun­tries of the West Balkans region.
