  • excel­lent ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills as well as the abil­ity to lead client meet­ings and interviews
  • expe­ri­ence in research­ing and ana­lyz­ing IT infor­ma­tion (IT cost data, IT con­tracts and var­i­ous qual­i­ta­tive infor­ma­tion) neeeded to make decisions
  • a broad and deep under­stand­ing the core IT cat­e­gories (Sys­tem archi­tec­ture, Develp­ment strat­egy, Activ­ity plan­ning, ser­vice deliv­ery, IT infra­struc­ture, Appli­ca­tion sys­tems etc.)

He is able to

  • effec­tively man­age rela­tion­ships with both exter­nal and inter­nal stakeholders
  • work proac­tively and drive res­o­lu­tion of issues with min­i­mal supervision
  • inter­face with the senior inter­nal stake­hold­ers at exec­u­tive level (CxOs)
  • present and depict data (IT cost trends, the strengths and weak­nesses of IT prod­uct and sup­plier rela­tion­ships) con­dens­ing large amounts of tech­ni­cal infor­ma­tion into an easy to read, non-​technical trans­ac­tion busi­ness report
