Cilj projektaThe pri­mary project objec­tive is the Prod­uct sales — find­ing a job or busi­ness engage­ment. One of the most inter­est­ing sec­ondary objec­tives is a rich func­tion­al­ity demon­stra­tion of the Com­mu­nity Edi­tion Soft­ware, which in com­bi­na­tion with the busi­ness process knowl­edge and the World’s best prac­tice can bring huge ben­e­fit with min­i­mal invest­ments and low main­te­nance costs even to the big busi­ness systems.

The project has sev­eral sec­ondary objec­tives, which undaunt­edly points out on its com­plex­ity and strat­i­fi­ca­tion. The fol­low­ing sec­ondary objec­tives are listed:

  • main­tain Prod­uct on the high tech­no­log­i­cal level, fol­low­ing the most up-​to-​date tech­no­log­i­cal and method­olog­i­cal trends
  • reverse a trend of pas­sive response on job offer in the labor mar­ket into the active and agile call­ing the atten­tion on the Prod­uct even by those who have not had an idea on the Prod­uct engage­ment (demand generation)
  • make the sales process eas­ier dif­fer­en­ti­at­ing the Prod­uct from the other prod­ucts (job appli­cants) in the labor mar­ket where there is a great offer of qual­ity job appli­cants (prod­uct differentiation)
  • make Prod­uct’s buy­ing process eas­ier for all employ­ers demon­strat­ing Prod­uct’s skills and knowl­edge pub­licly through the up and run­ning system
  • make the Prod­uct’s sales process eas­ier for all go-​between (HR con­sul­tants, friends, colleagues…)

Besides the listed, the fol­low­ing objec­tives may be added:

  • apply the knowl­edge acquired work­ing with “big” busi­ness sys­tems on small projects and demon­strate a method­olog­i­cal uni­for­mity in the field of per­sonal expertise
  • indi­cate how much sup­port even the seri­ous busi­ness can gain out of com­mu­nity edi­tion software
  • indi­cate that Ser­bia, as an emerg­ing coun­try, is too ded­i­cated to the very expen­sive busi­ness appli­ca­tions even in the busi­ness sys­tems in early stage of their development
  • indi­cate how the knowl­edge of the busi­ness processes and World’s best prac­tices, inno­va­tions and cre­ativ­ity are impor­tant nowa­days when there are so many cheap and func­tional busi­ness applications
  • expose the Prod­uct to the mar­ket in severe way and check on its (his) qual­ity and actuality
